Satyananda Yoga group class – beginner level
Satyananda Yoga class for beginners comprises of a set of practices taught in a traditional way, asanas (postures) to balance the body and mind through the physical body, pranayama (breathing practices) to work on the energy body (equated with Chi), and meditation to calm and focus the mind.
It also takes a broader outlook by teaching and encouraging yogic lifestyles.
Anyone can take part in this class regardless of the age and physical flexibility.

4 sessions = 140 lei (valid for 4 weekends)
8 sessions = 230 lei (valid for 5 weekends)
